As DG doesn't pay for VPN & ad blocks so uploaders block such downloaders. Speaking of other hosts, they pay lesser than DG & FU.so they gets less popular. Mostly you will get them along with DG or FU. However, I don't know why DG doesn't work for you even after disabling VPN. As per my past experience Jio creates an issue if used over WiFi or check if your browser has got any inbuilt VPN like Opera has got one. Inbuilt adblockers will also create trouble like UC does.
